We are a small business, and we do our very best to respond as quickly as possible. However, please allow 1 business day to receive a reply.
All orders will ship within 1 working business day. We ship via USPS Priority mail for all USA orders and USPS Priority International for international orders.
You will receive a ship confirmation email the evening after your order ships with a tracking number. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your junk folder!
For orders placed inside the continental US, we offer shipping options which require a signature or "waive signature". *If you choose a shipping method that waives signature, Marais USA will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Marais USA ships worldwide! For orders of up to 2 pairs, we charge a flat rate of $15 to Canada and $40 to all other countries outside the USA. If more than 3 pairs are ordered, we will contact you with a shipping quote prior to processing your order.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees.
If a delivery is refused, the receiver is still responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Marais USA.
We gladly accept returns on all items purchased at full price. If you'd like to order something else, go ahead and place a new order.
We gladly accept international returns on all items purchased at full price. Please contact info@maraisusa.com within 21 days of placing your order and provide a brief reason for your request. We will reply with an RA #. You will be responsible for return shipping, and any custom fees must be paid by sender. Tracking is highly recommended as we are not responsible for any undelivered or lost packages.

Return requests that do not meet our policies may only be accepted at our discretion.
Merchandise must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. We do not accept returns if there is extensive damage to the shoe box or if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
Refunds are processed within 1 week of the return being delivered. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
If an order is returned due to the customer’s failure to accept the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Marais USA within 7 days of the last attempted delivery in order to receive a replacement. Marais USA is not responsible for returned packages due to the customer’s failure to accept delivery.
